At Calmi, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothing as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or fragrance.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
